Lunchtime Learning Sessions
I offer four different sessions. The fee per session is £225; lunch is not included.

· Telephone Techniques (Ref 1D)
All four sessions can be booked together for the reduced fee of £795 (Ref 1E). The four sessions are run approximately one month apart or as convenient for the practice.
½ Day Courses (3 hours per course)

· Introducing Practice KPIs and how to use them to increase productivity and profitability (Ref 2B)
· Increasing Private Treatment Sales (Ref 2C)
· 6 Essentials to Increase Profitability (Ref 2D)
Each course includes a workbook per delegate and is for up to 12 people. Course Fee: £475
In Practice Coaching
Implementing Procedures to Improve Practice Profitability. 4x Half Day Sessions
What the course includes - Optimise appointment bookings to drive up chair time usage; optimise recall system to increase response rates; covert more enquiries to bookings; maximise patient retention; how to implement measurable performance metrics to drive up profitability; implement a more effective marketing system.
Course Fee: £1600 working with up to 4 people (Ref 4A)
One Year Practice Improvement Mentoring
An initial ½ day discovery session, followed by 10 1/2 day sessions working with the practice manager and the dental team as necessary to include the following:
Reducing Gaps and FTA’s, Recalls, Patient retention, Reactivating dormant patients; Increasing private treatment sales; Social media; Attracting new patients; Customer care; The patient journey.
We finish off with a final ½ day review session where we look back at what has been achieved during the year and what the goals for the practice are for the next 1,3 and 5 years.
One Year Fee - £525 per month for 12 months, payable by Standing Order (Ref 5A)
